* A balanced diet is important for you and your unborn child. If you can't get your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables at your destination ask the doctor to prescribe vitamins and mineral supplements to make up for that
* Opt for an aisle seat on the aircraft or in a bus, so can visit the restroom without disturbing fellow passengers.
* Taking a bath, napping, reading on the beach and even spending a quiet evening with room service can keep you feeling rested and energised throughout your trip.
