Anything that angers you is for teaching you forgiveness and compassion. Anything that has power over you is for teaching you how to take your power back. Anything you hate is for teaching you unconditional love. Anything you fear is for teaching you courage to overcome your fear. Anything you can't control is for teaching you how to let go and trust the Universe

Sunaina Rekhi captioned these images with: Morning everyone! Have a happy happy day! And believe me when I say that one of the simplest ways to achieve that is take a pause and focus on what you already have and that you can be grateful for in your life. Start to notice the little things where you can constantly look for the good even in unpleasant situations.
In order to perfect her postures and gain even deeper knowledge of the teaching aspect, Sunaina pursued a course in teacher's training from Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga itself

It doesn't interest me in how old you are. I want to know if you are willing to risk looking like a fool.. for love... for your dreams.. for the adventure of being alive.

Sunaina Rekhi captioned these images with: Today I want to talk about compassion. We give so much of ourselves to everyone else that sometimes we have nothing left for us. My guruji told me such a beautiful and wise thing the other day. And the piece of advise he gave me was something I will remember and try to put to practise. And I want to share it with you all. He told me that I must always keep a part of my heart to myself that I can use, to heal the other parts of the heart that I toss around. Is it not so true!! We always need something that is ours. But I also understood that even though it's a beautiful thing to be compassionate to others and thinking how they must be feeling, you need to be compassionate to yourself as well. Sometimes enough of giving yourself to others. You need to start being kind and loving and compassionate to that little person who lives inside of you. ,When you say Yes' to others make sure you are not saying No' to yourself. ,Paulo Cohelo
Sunaina Rekhi captioned these images with: To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all. Oscar Wilde. So let's walk away from anything that no longer serves us, grows us, or makes us happy. Amen.
