A man was shot dead out of previous enmity at Kaman village in Vasai tehsil of the district today, police said. The deceased was identified as Baban Mali, hailing from Valiv village.


Police have registered a case of murder against 12 persons and detained three of them. Two others, who were with Mali at the time of the incident, were also attacked and injured.
