Kerala Congress legislator M Vincent was arrested on Saturday, a day after being charged with stalking and sexual harassment of a 51-year-old woman, who attempted suicide last week.
Before being arrested, Vincent, a first-time legislator, was grilled for over two hours by a team of cops. He was later taken for further interrogation. Vincent had sought anticipatory bail.
