Ganajanan Kirtikar, the Shiv Sena candidate from the Mumbai North West LS seat, may lose his candidature.
While scrutinising his nomination form it was found that he hasn't signed the form 3A in which the candidate declares that he/she doesn't have any criminal offence cases pending against him/her.
Returning Office, Dr Ashiwini Joshi will take a decision on Kirtikar at 3:00 pm. The other candidates from the North West constituency are Gurudas Kamat (Congress) and Shalini Thackeray (MNS).
