Police constable Santosh Bhoiye from the Kurla police station was stabbed in the neck by Kurla (W) resident Pradeep Wani at the latter's Buddha colony home.

Police Sub-Inspector Tukaram Koiyende of the Kurla police station, said, “A person had lodged a complaint against Wani and Bhoiye had gone to bring him to the police station.”u00a0
When Bhoiye entered Wani’s house, the latter stabbed him following which Bhoiye was rushed to the Bhabha Hospital. The police officials then arrested Wani, who was about to flee to Gujarat.u00a0
