A suspended police constable, Shailesh Kadam, was arrested by the Matunga police for allegedly sending lewd messages to his yoga teacher. According to the police, the 38-year-old, who was suspended after several cases being registered against him, joined a yoga class in Dadar, and later started sending inappropriate messages to his instructor.

“He would follow her around and send her lewd messages on her phone and on email. We have registered a case for outraging the modesty of a woman and also for stalking,” said Dnayeshwar Khairmate, sub-inspector, Matunga police station.
