New case against Sanjiv Bhatt

A fresh case has been filed in court against whistleblower IPS officer Sanjiv Bhatt, accusing him of avoiding summons, absconding, and giving false information to the investigating officer in the previous case against him. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate BG Doshi ordered a judicial inquiry after a complaint by ACP NC Patel, who is investigating a case against Bhatt filed by police constable KD Panth.
