Possible delay in Qasab hearing

Abbas Kazmi, lawyer of Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Qasab, has asked the court to postpone the trial by four weeks.

He said he needed the time to study Qasab's case thoroughly. He also requested that the case chargesheet be filed in Urdu so that his client may understand the charges against him.

An investigation has been asked into finding out if Qasab is a minor as he has claimed.
