Mumbai woke up to the coldest day of the season on Sunday. According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), the Santacruz observatory recorded a minimum temperature of 13.8 degrees Celsius, which is four degrees below normal, while the Colaba observatory recorded 16.2 degrees Celsius
