Shops and restaurant hours capped; local authorities to decide relief in Mumbai

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday night allowed shops and establishments to remain open till 10 pm on weekdays, and restaurants to operate with 50 per cent capacity till 4 pm on weekdays.
