The Supreme Court of Great Britain refused to send composer Nadeemu00a0 to India, and discharged him of the charge of involvement in the conspiracy to murder Gulshan Kumar.
What they said: 'We infer that they (Mumbai police) have an improper interest in interfering with the evidence in this case.'
