Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur on Monday applied for bail before special National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in connection with 2008 Malegaon blast.
NIA gave a clean chit to Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and five other accused in the case and also significantly watered down the case by eliminating the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) in a supplementary chargesheet.
The prosecution will file reply on the bail application by June 6.
