Hazare’s personal assistant Datta Awari told MiD DAY that doctors were conducting pre-operative medical tests and the date for the operation, if needed would be decided soon.
Awari added, “Anna is fine and there is no reason to worry about his health.”
Reacting on the issue, Dr Vijay Agarwal, assistant medical administrator at Joshi Hospital, told MiD DAY, “Anna is absolutely fine. He has been admitted for a routine check-up.”u00a0
