After a shivering Sunday, the Meteorological Department has predicted colder days ahead. The weatherman says temperatures may dip further and the city is likely to receive more rain in the next two days.
"Fog will remain but visibility will improve slightly. The temperatures, however, may decrease. The city may also receive more rains in the next 24 hours," said Met officials.

Air traffic
Sources at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) said over 100 flights were delayed on Sunday morning.
Around 18 were diverted. Officials at IGI Airport said most of the delay was because of the fog and a cable fault at the airport. Meanwhile, at least six domestic flights, including those to Amritsar, Srinagar and Leh, were cancelled because of poor weather conditions at their destinations.
Flight operations returned to normal from Sunday afternoon.
Railway off track
The foggy weather conditions led to at least 22 trains, including two Rajdhanis, being rescheduled on Sunday.u00a0
"We have rescheduled some trains. The trains reaching and leaving Delhi are being operated at a safe speed due to dense fog. This is being done across our network of 400 km radius in northern India, which is under heavy fog," said a Northern Railways spokesperson.
