Nashik: Five miscreants involved in house-breaking and vehicle thefts were arrested in Nashik city, police said on Wednesday.
Five motorcycles, gold-silver ornaments, a car and other things items worth Rs 21 lakh were recovered from the five persons arrested yesterday, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone-1) Laxmikant Patil said.
The accused have been identified as - Gyaneshwar Gaikwad (23), Bhausaheb alias Bilya Nikam (24), Ajay Vadnere (25), Rajendra Ranshur (24) and Sagar alias Bapu Kailas Bhosale (24), the DCP said, adding that accused are presently police custody.
