In her suicide note, Anuradha, a retired accountant in the finance ministry, blamed former Haryana minister Gopal Goyal Kanda and his employee Aruna Chaddha — who have been booked for abetment of suicide of her daughter — of driving her to suicide with their harassment.
Anuradha was found hanging in her bedroom at her Ashok Vihar residence around 5.50 pm.u00a0
