According to the police, blaring music was being played on Friday night in flat number 601 of the society, where Frank Ender (34) currently lives. He allegedly asked them to get lost. The police found Ender had thrown party to celebrate a performance in the city by his friends, who were members of a German band.
Two women, an Indian and seven foreigners were sent for medical tests, and all tested positive for alcohol consumption.
They were released after they warned not to repeat the episode.
"He was produced in the court on Saturday and got bail on Rs 15,000 surety," said Sub-Inspector Prasad Sanas.
