For those who prefer massive serving sizes, there could be no better way to pamper their palate than trying Belgium cuisine, where 'big cuisine' precedes 'fine cuisine'. Taking cue from the country of gourmands, the European eatery Cocoa by Belgique is running Cheers Belgium, where you can enjoy some of the revered Belgian specialties. More follows on the fest.u00a0u00a0

Meet versatile vegetables
We love experimenting, but only on others, and especially while dining out. But if you're a braveheart, this is the place to be because Belgium is known for its stunningly different taste. Take the case of the Belgian endive, a vegetable that dawns a new flavour because of the way it is prepared. So a steamed and stewed endive would taste absolutely different from boiled and baked endives. Down them with zuppa di cicoria (vegetable soup) and Belgian chicken soups, oru00a0 shrimp salad with Belgium Endive and tricolour salad. For a fuller experience, try Rubens mini sausage, beer and onion-braised chicken carbonnade and asparagus a-la flamande. And if you still have space left, try Belgium's popular main course dishesu00a0-- chicken stew with lemon parsley rice and asparagus and pea risotto. And how can a Belgian feast be complete without dark temptations like chocolate pastry and cream and orange cocktail?u00a0

Care for some hangover?
There's nothing Belgian in it, and we're not complaining. We're happy with our Patiala pegs of whisky and tequila shots. The eatery stocks all the liquor variants that we generally consume. Also the list of cocktails remains the same. This seems like one must-visit festival you can't afford to miss.

YOU BURGER!
The eatery has just come up with a one-month-long European Burger Festival where you can savour the tastes of some of the most exquisite burgers from around the continent of Europe. No doubt non-vegetarians have an upper hand like always because they've more options than the vegetarians. So if you're the blessed ones, try Greek feta lamburger, Greek olive and chicken burger, Mediterranean lamb burger and Moroccan beef burger. For those who swear by herbs, fruits and vegetables, there are delightful options like sour cream and cous-cous burger, mushroom veggie burger and bean burger.u00a0u00a0
