Man U's knock out drink... and we are still on our feet

Manchester United's new signature cocktail, the Red Devil isn't red but is quite potent. The staff were sweet enough to concoct it for us one sunny afternoon, although they serve it only during major matches. It's a mix of eight spirits including brandy, white rum, whisky, vodka, tequila and gin, and orange, pineapple and cranberry juices. The vodka's bitter presence is mild ufffd it's the twisty moody flavour of the white rum that comes through. Wisely, we munched on our starters and sipped on water as we glugged it down.

While the cocktail does leave you with a good enough buzz, it's not really a 'one-drink knock' like they promise.
