Muthappa Rai, the founder of Jai Karnataka, has withdrawn from the T20 Karnataka Premier League race.
A news channel reports that he withdrew becauseu00a0he was alleged to have underworld links. Rai was supposedly bidding for a Mangalore team and would have liked to have stars such as Robin Uthappa and Manish Pandey in his team.
