Narendra Modi: People's mindset to blame for slow march of digitisation

PM Narendra Modi yesterday said it was the people's mindset and not resources that was hampering the spread of digital tech.
Inaugurating a digitally secured and transparent environment in case filing and management, Modi assured that digital adoption would not take away jobs but will instead enhance efficiency.
