NCP leader and former deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar will be re-inducted in the Maharashtra cabinet on Friday.
Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Ajit Pawar will rejoin the Maharashtra cabinet as deputy chief minister on Friday, days after he got a clean chit in the alleged irrigation scam in the state.
Pawar will be sworn-in 9.30 a.m. on Friday by Governor K. Sankaranarayanan, a top Raj Bhavan official told IANS.

Pawar, nephew of NCP chief Sharad Pawar, had quit the cabinet in a huff on September 25 over allegations of a massive scam in the irrigation sector.
