Jewellery designer Payal Gupta's latest bridal collection is all about living life queen-size

Jahanara literally means 'queen of the world'. Jewellery designer Payal Gupta's new collection incorporates a variety of elements to create a line that is truly royal. It includes a variety of classic diamond and emerald bracelets set in 18K gold. These emeralds have been carefully handpicked from Zambia and set in various colour and lustres. The bracelet consists of round brilliant diamonds as well as baguettes, giving the traditional design a contemporary feel to compliment any outfit you wear. There's also the jade necklace with navrattan work, set in 24K gold.

'Ear' them out

When it comes to earrings, the range includes uncut diamonds and rubies set in 22K gold. It also has single cut diamond and cultured pearls enhancing its elegance and making it timeless. "The main focus of my work is that I wish to increase the wearability of the product. For example, the pendants are two-sided, and the bracelets can be converted into chokers. The collection is such that you do not need a wedding to flaunt it, you can even wear it anytime," says the creator.

Choices galore
This apart, the range also comprises necklaces, earrings and bracelets in diamonds, with precious stones like emeralds, rubies and pearls, which have been carefully handpicked from around the world.
