Over 50 women participated in the session and expressed satisfaction with what they learnt. “The feedback we got was so positive that we are planning to organise another camp next month. This will basically help the women to protect themselves. They travel at all times of the day and sometimes they have to travel alone at night,” he added.

Bharat Chauhan and his students conducted the training camp. The institute also conducts yoga, dance and karate camps for the benefit of the railway employees and passengers. Those interested in attending the camp next month have to register their names at the institute.
