Movie time: The cricketers chose 7 Khoon Maaf for its intriguing story
and enigmatic portrayal of a serial killer

A source in the team management said four of the team members sneaked out of ITC Royal Gardenia, the hotel where the team is staying, on Tuesday to catch up the Priyanka Chopra starrer at PVR Cinemas in Forum Mall. But he requested not to reveal their names, as they had gone without informing the security.

"They are required to take security with them whenever they go out. But, apparently they wanted privacy. If we reveal their names it'll be big trouble for them," said the source. After they reached PVR, it wasn't an easy choice. Since the theatre was playing the Akshay Kumar-starrer Patiala House with a cricket theme. After a little deliberation among themselves, they chose 7 Khoon Maaf for its intriguing story and enigmatic portrayal of a serial killer.

"After the movie, they return to the rooms before it was too late," said the source. "They wanted to shop,u00a0 but that had to wait." Following suit, Kirsten went to PVR yesterday afternoon, but couldn't find anything that interested him. While the coach wanted an English entertainer, No Strings Attached and Inception were the only ones playing, but apparently he didn't find them amusing.

After a two-day rest, the team took to the field yesterday for casual practice. The highlight was Sachin Tendulkar hitting four sixes in 15 balls, while batting left handed. The hitters including skipper M S Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Yuvaraj Singh, and Yusuf Pathan practiced big hits with domestic bowlers. Main bowlers except Munaf Patel stayed back.

"It was a casual practice and a proper net practice will be done on today and tomorrow," said management official.
