Morning walkers find PMC garden gate closed, discover security guard's body lying in pool of blood In cold blood: Deceased Subhash Bhagwan Shinde worked as a security guard at the PMC garden for the past eight years.Pic/Jignesh MistryA 43-year-old security guard of Ram Manohar Lohiya garden of PMC in Hadapsar was found murdered at the security guard's cabin on the garden premises yesterday morning.The Hadapsar police identified the deceased as Subhash Bhagwan Shinde. According to the police, some unidentified people might have attacked Shinde with a baton at night. The incident came to light yesterday around 6 am, when people on their morning walk found that the gate of the garden was closed.According to Inspector Pandharinath Mandhare, the morning walkers called out to Shinde but there was no response.Subsequently, some youngsters peeped inside and found Shinde lying in a pool of blood.He said that the reason behind the murder was still not known. Shinde lived alone in the quarters allotted to him since the last few years. According to sources, he was separated from his wife since 2006 and the divorce case was pending in court.u00a0 Primary motive does not look like theft as the valuables that Shinde was wearing were not missing. We are investigating the case, Mandhare said.According to the police, Shinde was working in the garden for past eight years.
