The committee decided that the fine for throwing garbage or urinating at a public place should also be Rs 200. “We also decided to fine people Rs 1,000 for washing vehicles on roads or public places and Rs 500 for letting pet animals defaecate on the roads,” Datta Bahirat, chairman, Law Committee, said. “These decisions will now be sent to the General Body meeting.”u00a0
