The incident occurred on the Lunavada-Godhra road when a jeep carrying passengers collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction near Dalwada Patia in Sehra taluka, they said.
All the victims were killed on the spot and the injured have been sent to civil hospital in Godhra for treatment, police inspector, Sehra, HK Bharvad said.
The bodies have been sent for postmortem to the Godhra civil hospital, Bharvad said, adding that further investigations are on.
