In the video, Avsare was seen slapping constable, asking him why he beat up his driver. Although the constable said that the driver abused him, the enraged MLA slapped the constable.
The constable has been identified as Raju Sathwane and the incident took place at Tumsar police station of Bhandara district which happened right after concluding the Tiranga Rally.
