Tharoor took to Twitter to show his support stating that he is delighted to support new generation of leaders in the legislative assembly to transform Kerala politics. Here's what he tweeted.
He also had an interactive session with first time voters in Angamally campaigning for John whom he called the 'star leader of the future'.
Shashi Tharoor is currently serving as Member of Parliament of India from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala since 2009.
