A plea has been filed in the Supreme Court against actor Kangana Ranaut seeking future censoring of all her social media posts in order to maintain law and order in the country, news agency ANI reported.

As per a Live Law report, petitioner Sardar Charanjeet Singh Chanderpal referred to her statement put up on Instagram as Farmer's Laws vis a vis its irrelevant reference as a Khalistani Arm twisting tactic.

The plea seeks to transfer all FIRs filed against Ranaut across India to be transferred to Mumbai’s Khar police station and charge sheet to be filed within 6 months.

The plea also noted that the actress is abusing her Right to Speech and Expression through social media.
