Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during his two-day visit to Bhutan on Tuesday, said that all conspirators of the Delhi blast that killed 12 people will be "brought to justice".
While addressing a gathering at the Changlimithang celebration ground in Bhutan, Prime Minister Modi said that the horrifying blast in Delhi shocked everyone.
He further said that, "I understand the plight of those affected by the blast," as cited by news agency PTI. PM Modi further stressed that today the entire nation stands with the families of the victims.
While addressing the public, the PM said, "All those responsible for it will be brought to justice," as reported by PTI.
Modi further asserted that he was in a meeting with agencies and people involved in the blast's investigation overnight on Tuesday.
Our agencies will get to the bottom of the conspiracy, and no conspirator will be spared, Modi highlighted.
The high-intensity Delhi Red Fort blast ripped through a slow-moving car at a traffic signal near the Red Fort metro station on Monday evening, killing 12 people and gutting several vehicles.
Prime Minister Modi arrived in Bhutan earlier in the day for a two-day visit during which he will join the 70th birthday celebrations of the fourth king of the Himalayan nation, Jigme Singye Wangchuck.
Prime Minister Modi will be in the Himalayan nation from November 11 to November 12, during which he will attend several official programmes and participate in the Global Peace Prayer Festival organised by the Royal Government of Bhutan. Modi will also attend the 70th birthday anniversary celebration of the country's fourth king.
PM Modi, while posting on X, said, "Landed in Bhutan. Grateful to Prime Minister Tobgay for the warm and gracious welcome at the airport. This visit reflects the deep bonds of friendship and cooperation shared between our two nations. India and Bhutan enjoy a time-tested partnership anchored in trust, goodwill and mutual respect. I look forward to further strengthening our close ties during this visit."

He also mentioned that the visit would mark a major milestone in the India-Bhutan energy partnership with the inauguration of the Punatsangchhu-II hydropower project.
