Dibakar cannot return a joint award, should take back decision: Savita Raj

Savita Raj Hiremath, the producer of Dibakar Banerjee's directorial debut 'Khosla Ka Ghosla' criticized the latter's decision to return the the National Award for the film and said that he cannot return a joint award.
