Congress vice-president on Friday met the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) chiefs on Friday and said the meeting took place to discuss the problem of farmers and poor people suffering in the country. Rahul stressed that farmers are committing suicide and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is busy making excuses for last one-and-a-half year for every promise he is not able to fulfill.
