Fasting ex-serviceman hospitalized as his health deteriorates

Colonel (retired) of Indian Army Pushpendra Singh, who is on indefinite hunger strike for implementation of one rank, one pension (OROP) scheme, was rushed to the hospital after his health deteriorated.
