Fishermen blame Indian, Tamil Nadu governments for their arrest by Sri Lanka authorities

The Fishermen's Association in Tamil Nadu has squarely blamed the Indian government and the Tamil Nadu state government for not acting effectively in preventing the arrest of fishermen by the Sri Lankan authorities.
