Addressing the gathering at the 'Krishi Unnati Mela' in the national capital on Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the ongoing 'Krishi Unnati Mela' would bring a change in the lives of the farmers, adding that the second agricultural revolution would be based on science, technology and modern inventions.
