Kargil marty's mother ties rakhi to protesting ex-servicemen at Jantar Mantar

Tripta Thapar, mother of Kargil martyr Captain Vijyant Thapar, on Saturday tied Rakhis to the ex-servicemen, who are protesting against the delay in implementation of the One Rank One Policy (OROP), at Jantar Mantar.
