PM is neither sincere nor serious about the functioning of the house: Anand Sharma

In response to a series of allegations of deliberate suspension of the functioning of the parliament, Congress party leader Anand Sharma hit back by saying that the government is trying to mislead the nation by saying that Congress is opposing GST.
