Raebareli gangrape: Mayawati alleges law and order failure in UP

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Thursday expressed grief over the Raebareli gangrape incident of a 30-year old mentally challenged woman. She said that the matter of Raebareli incident is unfortunate and painful.
