Simple ways of managing stress and anxiety after COVID recovery: Therapists speak up

So far India has had a 94.28 per cent recovery rate in COVID -19 cases. But apart from the toll of physical symptoms caused by the virus, several patients have found it mentally stressful to deal with recovery. Therapists say, fears of re-infection, feeling disconnected from their loved ones and job insecurities are among the major reasons for anxiety among patients. Earlier this month, the NESCO COVID centre in Goregaon started online counselling sessions for recovered patients who are suffering from stress and anxiety. Watch this video to find out more.
