Prime Minister Narendra Modi received a warm welcome from the Indian diaspora as he arrived in Dubai after a cultural performance. People chanted `Modi-Nodi` and `Abki Baar Modi Sarkaar`. PM Modi arrived in Dubai on November 30 to participate in the 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) Summit. He will be participating in the World Climate Action Summit of the COP28, scheduled on December 1.
