Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit his home state of Gujarat for two days, on 26 and 27 May. During this visit, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for several major development and infrastructure projects in Dahod, Bhuj, and Gandhinagar. These projects are worth more than ₹77,000 crore and include work in key sectors such as railways, power, urban development, and housing. This will be Prime Minister Modi`s first visit to Gujarat after Operation Sindoor. Preparations are in full swing across the state to welcome him. A grand roadshow is planned in Ahmedabad on 26 May. To manage the crowds and ensure smooth traffic, authorities have released traffic guidelines. These include details about road closures between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar and the alternative routes available for commuters. Ahmedabad BJP President Prerak Shah expressed his excitement about the Prime Minister’s visit. He also shared details about the preparations being made to give PM Modi a grand welcome.
