At an event, organised by Ministry of Culture at India Museum in West Bengal filmmaker Vivek Agnihotra slammed the TM C government on several issues, accusing them of creating `mini Kashmirs` in the state. He also took a dig at Mahua Moitra, the All India Trinamool Congress leader.
