A video of an elderly man feeding rice to a stray dog is going viral on social media. The video was posted by IPS officer Dipanshu Kabra on the social media site Twitter.
In the clip, the man has a pot of rice strapped to his bicycle and can be seen feeding the dog. He scoops out dollops of rice and the dog gleefully eats it.
