I have read books by management gurus like Robin Sharma and Peter Drucker to name a few. Currently, it's the book by Rush Limbaugh called The Way Things Ought To Be that is keeping me engaged.
The book is about maintaining a balance in life and also being motivated.
I am not a management guru, but these books have helped me a lot. I think I manage the Indian hockey women's team quite well.
My funda is life is just like sports, with all the ups and downs.
