Supersized crook George Jolicur, who fed his insatiable appetite by ripping off burger bars has managed to get a clean break, literally.
The 43-stone scam artist regularly downed milkshakes then refused to pay, claiming the milk was off.
Jolicur (38) also bought u00a330 (Rs 2,100) worth of beef, eating most of it before sending it back because it was "mouldy".
But yesterday he escaped jail because he is now bedridden and too fat to be hauled to court in Sandford, Florida. Instead he was let off with an u00a3800 (Rs 56,000) fine.
Prosecutor Kyan Ware said, "The milkshake thief has already got his prisonu00a0-- his bed."
