UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson took to Twitter and informed his followers that he has tested positive for the deadly coronavirus. In his post, Boris said that he developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus.

Johnson wrote: Over the last 24 hours I have developed mild symptoms and tested positive for coronavirus. I am now self-isolating, but I will continue to lead the government’s response via video-conference as we fight this virus. Together we will beat this.

Although he has been tested positive for the novel coronavirus, he will continue to discharge his duties from self-isolation, a spokesman said on Friday, reports IANS.
