Nawab's news channel said that Sindh minister Nisar Khuhro had taken note of the incident and ordered an inquiry. It added that it had brought the incident to the notice of Pakistan Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique.
The police, meanwhile, alleged that Nawab had misbehaved with the officials and asserted that there was no ticket scalping taking place at Karachi railway station.

Nawab became an Internet sensation six years ago after a video emerged of him recording a piece at a railway station.
